2026-27 Registration Forms

We will once again complete school registration online through JMC for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Beginning August 3rd, parents will be able to log into their Parent JMC Account and complete the registration process.

To access your account, go to ehawks.onlinejmc.com, click on “Family”, and enter your username and password.

  • If you do not currently have access to JMC, please contact your building office to get set up.

  • If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” to receive an email with instructions to reset it.

Please read all online registration directions carefully and ensure that each step is completed. This entire process must be completed on a computer. There are issues when trying to complete on your cell phone. If you need help with the registration process, contact the office of the building your student attends to schedule an appointment. Computers and staff will be available to assist families who need support or do not have access to a device at home.

The District is asking all parents to pay school fees online through JMC. Information and resources to guide you through this process will be included within online registration. There will be no additional fees assessed for making online payments during the 2026-27 school year.

Health Information

According to Iowa Law, students must have the following:

  • Kindergarten students:

    • Vaccines - Information for required vaccines and resources.

    • Kindergarten Checklist

    • Vision & Dental Screenings with signed certificates (copies below) returned to the School Nurse.

    • Lead lab draw at least once. Information attached regarding State of Iowa law which requires all children entering kindergarten to have at least one blood lead test before the child is 6 years of age.

    • Up-to-date physical. Physicals submitted with preschool registration will be accepted.

  • 3rd graders: Vision Screening with signed certificate (copy below) returned to the School Nurse. Certificate must be signed within the past year.

Palo Alto County Health System will be holding a Back-to-School walk in clinic on Tuesday, August 12th from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the Emmetsburg Hospital.  The following providers and services will be available during this clinic: 

  • iSmile - dental exams and fluoride varnish for those students going into kindergarten and 9th grade

  • Palo Alto County Community Health/Family Practice Clinic- immunizations for those students going into kindergarten, 7th or 12th grade or those students who are behind in shots  

Information booths on Hawk-i, Medicaid, immunizations/health topics, transportation safety and county resources will also be available.  

Free drawstring backpack available for all students present while supplies last.

Pay Registration Fees and Lunch Accounts Online with Payment Springs:

Parents can conveniently pay registration fees and add funds to lunch accounts directly through their Family JMC Account.

To pay fees:

  1. Log in to your account at ehawks.onlinejmc.com and click on “Family”.

  2. In the menu on the left, select Tuition/Fees. All applicable fees, including textbook fees, will be listed.

  3. Click “Pay My Bill” at the top of the page to begin payment for these fees.

To purchase optional items (such as a yearbook):

  1. Click “Purchase Items” in the left-hand menu.

  2. Scroll through the list to find the desired item and click “Add to Cart”.

  3. You can also contact the office and we can add the yearbook to your cart so you can checkout once.

Important Notes:

  • You must check out and process the existing fees before adding any new Purchased Items.

  • Any items added to your cart must be checked out and paid for separately.

  • There are no extra fees for paying online.

Once you’ve added all desired items to your cart, click “Check Out” and follow the prompts to complete payment.

If you prefer not to pay online, you can mail or drop payment off at the school on or before August 14th.
