In a smaller school district like Emmetsburg, breaking down smaller groups such as building, grade levels or providing updates more frequently than once each week may make certain cases easily identifiable which may constitute a violation of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).  It is the District’s intent to update these numbers once each week and post this update to the District’s webpage.
